Group Classes Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 5 business days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.
Cancellations made between 5 business days and 48 hours prior to the program start date will receive a full refund, less a $40 administration fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the program start will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations after the first class are eligible for a 50% refund, with no refunds available after the second class.
For the safety and well-being of all participants and coaches, we require that you keep your child at home if they display any of the following symptoms: a fever, excessive coughing, nasal or sinus infection, diarrhea, or vomiting within the previous 24 hours.
We understand changes happen, but please remember we still have to cover coach and pool rental costs. We appreciate your commitment to the program and encourage planning other activities around swim class times.
Private Coaching Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 5 business days before the scheduled coaching date are eligible for a full refund, less a $15 administration fee.
Cancellations made between 5 business days and 24 hours prior to the program start date will receive a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled coaching session are not eligible for refund.
